Mark Tarbox made his start as a DJ 40 years ago at the young age of 18 in Boston, where he quickly became one of the most promising local music talents. From the beginning, Mark championed a distinctive sound that set him apart from his peers. Mark became known for the “journey” he took his audience, and he drew the attention of many promoters and paved the way for opportunities to play alongside renowned DJs

In the early 90s, Mark became a resident at the Pavilion on Fire Island, spinning multiple performances each week throughout the summer. Mark soon became in demand all over the country and he performed regularly at world-renowned circuit events, including Saint at Large NYC, White Party Palm Springs, many others, and even the first-ever White Party in Paris, France.

In January 1994, Mark moved to Los Angeles where he was the resident DJ) at Probe.  Mark moved to Palm Springs in the fall of 2022.

Known for his uplifting sound, Mark is frequently requested to perform at Gay Pride events all over the country and is thrilled to be adding Sonoma to his list of Pride events in June 2024!
